چکیده

Introduction: Worldwide, Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) is the most frequent cancer in children. One of major clinical challenges adequate diagnosis and treatment Central Nervous System (CNS) involvement this disease. CNS relapse has been a barrier to successful ALL for many years. Recent studies have shown encouraging results survival these patients long time. However, their long-term depends upon cost therapy toxicity financial distress. The primitive aim paper propose yearly insurance plan assist financially during period. Method: Based on status 110 are categorised estimate survival. Survival times CNS1 all cumulatively estimated by Kaplan-Meier Cox-PH model presence prognostic factors. estimates used premium cost. using deterministic which advantageous patient serviceable provider. Result: Both methods gave higher as compared CNS1. from 0.998 0.997 first year follow-up taken respectively. For fifth 0.802 0.783 100 rupees sum insured 4.7 26.69 cumulatively. Same CNS1, it 6.24 29.42. Conclusion: estimating recommended since includes suggests opt early possibly costs less increases later.

Background: Immunophenotypic characterization of the leukemic cells has been widely used as a tool for diagnosis, classification, stratification and prognosis of leukaemia. Objective: To investigate the immunophenotypic subtype profiles of Iranian patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and its association to disease outcome. Methods: In this study, a total of 60 Iranian patients with ...

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia

Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is a malignant transformation of a clone of cells from lymphoid progenitor cells. The majority of cases are of B-cell origin but it can also arise from T-cell precursors. Lymphoid precursors proliferate and replace the normal cells of the bone marrow and blasts spill into the peripheral circulation. It can be distinguished from other malignancies of lymphoid ...

Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, a malignant disorder of lymphoid progenitor cells, affects both children and adults, with peak prevalence between the ages of 2 and 5 years. Steady progress in development of effective treatments has led to a cure rate of more than 80% in children, creating opportunities for innovative approaches that would preserve past gains in leukaemia-free survival while redu...
